IOANNA T. SANBORN, RN, MS, MHS, CEN | Johns Hopkins
Suburban Hospital
Ioanna has practiced as an RN in the Emergency Department setting over
the past decade. She has served in the Assistant Nurse Manager role,
overseeing the daily activities and overall flow of the Emergency
Department. She helped lead the response at the Emergency Department
at Suburban during the pandemic, and recently took a role as a school
nurse at a local Catholic school, bringing her experience and knowledge
to prepare the community to safely open.
She has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Miami, a
Masters of Health Science at the Johns Hopkins University specializing in
Health Administration and a Masters of Science at the University of
Maryland School of Nursing’s Clinical Nurse Leader program. She earned
her Certification in Emergency Nursing in 2017 and has held her Clin V
since 2019.
